When Giants Walked the Earth
In “When Giants Walked the Earth,” I was inspired by the final sequence of the classic ‘Jurassic Park’ film to capture a tense moment just before the Tyrannosaurus Rex releases its mighty roar. The scene is charged with impending adventure as the raptors in the background are on the verge of confronting the Rex.I deliberately used neon purples to push the raptors into the background, creating depth and directing attention towards the Rex. This color choice not only serves a functional purpose but also provides a playful nod to the promotional posters for the sequel, which share a similar color palette to my usual style. The composition is my homage to a classic film, evoking a sense of nostalgia while simultaneously offering a fresh perspective. The bold use of color and dynamic positioning of the creatures combine to create an image that is both adventurous and reverential.
