Whether you're a beginner or have experience in art, this course provides step-by-step lessons on how to incorporate creative practices into your self-care routine. You’ll explore emotional healing, mindfulness, and the power of artistic expression as a form of therapy. Course Goal: By the end of the course, students will be able to use art as a self-therapy tool to release emotional tension, explore their inner world, and foster personal growth. Intended Outcomes: Understand how art can be used for emotional expression and healing. Learn specific drawing techniques and prompts for self-reflection. Develop a regular art therapy practice for mental wellness. Gain confidence in using art as a form of emotional release and mindfulness.
