Group Intuitive Painting Session

In these sessions, it is my intention to help you learn how to develop (and expand) your own sacred personal painting practice that will empower, inspire and help you one brush stroke at a time towards activating more authentic self expression. Sessions are tailored to your individual level of experience and inquiry. All levels are welcome and no prior art experience is necessary. Each session begins with some grounding and intention setting, with a short meditation before we actually start touching our materials. We then flow into some artful doodling and easy fun warm up practices to help release any stuck energy or fears you may have of starting. We then begin to play with colors and shapes and build upon the images that flow through as we open to our intention and receive guidance.
