Photographer Album Contract

Albums are a fabulous way to serve your client, add to your bottom line, and oversee the quality of your work as it's being reproduced. And just like everything worth protecting in your business, you should have a contract in place for this process too. It’ll be important for you to let your client know what’s expected of you both throughout the album fulfillment process–how is payment exchanged? What are the turnaround times? What are their options for the album design and the respective scope of work? What happens if the project deviates outside of that scope? Having a rock-solid, done-for-you contract will help you avoid dozens of questions before they even come up (and the headaches to match).
