Tillandsia Complanata - EXTREMELY RARE Air Plant

The Tillandsia Complanata is grown from seed, does not self propagate or pup like traditional air plants which makes them much harder to come by. These grow large and are the only Tillandsia that will bloom continuously, unlike other air plants. It can have many red orange spike blooms at a time. The leaves are green and waxy with a shape like traditional bromeliads, without the soil. It is normal for these plants to have some blemishes on their leaves. As they grow larger the bottom leaves will die off allowing the upper portion of the plant to grow larger. These are hard to find Tillandsia grown in small batches. Approximately 6+ Inches tall and 9+ inches wide. These plants are low maintenance, making them a great choice for people who are new to indoor plants.
