The handmade African stretch bracelet is 7 inches long. Stretch bracelets should be rolled on. The center of this unique piece is a Sankofa bird. The adinkra symbol means "go back to the past and bring forward that which is useful." The bird is rendered as twisting its beak behind itself, in order to bring forth an egg from its back. It is beaded with glass, stone, jade and African brass Sankofa.
