
Class: Scotch Mist Scarf
Scotch Mist is a pretty Argyle-inspired diamond lace scarf, created to commemorate the Scottish Homecoming celebrations in 2014. This scarf uses just one skein of your favourite 4 ply, sock or fingering-weight yarn (100 grams 400 yards). Cost of the class includes: Yarn (1 skein of Malabrigo Ultimate Sock - in your choice of in stock colors) Materials needed for this class include: US 7 (4.5mm) 24-32" circulars, flyers, or double pointed knitting needles scissors a tapestry needle a tape measure This is an adventurous beginner class. Recommended skills needed before attempting this class: Knowing how to cast on, knit and purl stitches, and bind-off in the round. This is a two-part class meeting Saturday, April 6 & 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Pattern and photos by Meg Gadsbey. If something comes up, you can check with us about a reschedule, but it is at our convenience and discretion, and the make-up class must be taken within 90 days, and contingent on the class being offered again in the future.
