829 Walnut 25 1/4 x 19 x 2 One-Off Special Pattern

This beautiful board is what we consider a "one-off".  A customer asked us to rotate the grain pattern in each block to be vertical rather than horizontal. However, we got the dimensions wrong (OOPS!), so we are selling this here for those of you who like a different grain pattern. It almost has the look of a 3D pattern. This is a very large board - 25 1/2 x 19 is bigger than our normal Big Block size, so we recommend a nice footprint where this can live on a countertop. Walnut tends to be our favorite of the Big 3 (Maple, Cherry and Walnut) because of its ease on a knifes edge and how easy it is to maintain. Walnut perks right up with a little oil and love. This is a bit of a unicorn since it has very little sap wood in it. It gives a consistent darker effect.  We WILL install feet unless you ask us not to. You can added grooves/engraving for an additional fee.
