Sidekick End Grain Cutting Board

These end-grain small cutting boards are lighter in weight and make a great companion to our larger cutting boards. Use around the kitchen for smaller cutting and slicing jobs. These include a finger groove for easy handling 9" x 12" x 1 3/8" 3 lb We carefully join solid hardwood using a professional-grade, waterproof adhesive that is FDA-approved for indirect food contact (an extra step many makers skip because it is 3 times the cost of cheaper glues). Thanks to the precision of our joinery and the unusually large solid wood blocks we use; your knife almost exclusively contacts wood when you chop. We did the math, and the total amount of glue your knife could encounter (on both faces of the board) is roughly equivalent to the size of a single grain of table salt.
