Inspired by a clinic trip in Zimbabwe with Debra Messing on a mission trip. Artist having just given birth to a baby girl met a mother at the clinic with a baby she was openly breast feeding. Her name was Mary and the baby was actually 3 years old and looked like a new born on her shrunken breast.
