Full-Year Class Book, 24 Names

To keep good Sunday school class records: Bring class book to each session. Enter names alphabetically with last name first. Enter address, phone number and birthday of each student. Mark presence of teacher and students with a check mark; leave space blank when absent. Fill out a Visitor Card for first time students. Record offering and attendance totals in the spaces provided at the back of the book. Report new student enrollment, total attendance, number absent and offering to the secretary after each session.
