1933 Chevy Standard Radiator
An original 1933 Chevy Standard Street Rod Radiator used a 2-1/8" Harrison V Cell film core with a water passage of 1-5/8" with 1/4" lead dip on the face and rear and we replace this with a 1-13/16 10FPI tube and fin core. When we grow this core, we need to make accomodations for the stabilizing framework on the bumper side and the horizontal support bar above the fan on the engine side that is flush with the core. The original Harrison cellular core was comprised of narrow passages that can clog with rust, sediment or get coated over time with hard scale or oil from the engine. Images reflect past builds and illustrate various elements of design. The radiator you order will be constructed based on the information you provide for your bespoke build.
