The Four Grand-Mere 1400 B wood-fired brick oven is one of our largest commercial ovens with a 55" inner diameter. It allows you to cook 10-12 pizzas at a time plus the fire. It is made with hand-laid all natural refractory clay bricks backed with high density refractory concrete reinforced with stainless steel fibers. We will finish this beautiful oven with any tiles of your choice, that is 1" square tiles to penny round tiles. Like all of our commercial ovens the 55" oven can be wood burning or gas burning , or wood and gas burning combo. For the Wood and Gas combination available for an additional $3,695.
