Rich, dark and tangy, Mrs Darlington’s blackcurrant jam is a taste of summertime in a jar. Spoon it onto hot buttered toast, crumpets or muffins at breakfast or teatime – what could be nicer? Ingredients: Sugar, blackcurrants, gelling agent: pectin, Acidity regulator: trisodium citrate.  Prepared with 47 grams of fruit per 100 grams. Total Sugar content 65 grams per 100 grams. No added colour.
