Birnebon Punch

Bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale with pear, orange zest, and spices Like any good punch, this wheatwine-style ale has a bit of everything. We took 2021's Birnesap and double barrel-aged it in bourbon barrels, then added pear and orange zest to round out the flavors. For the final touch, we added a spice blend consisting of cinnamon, orange zest, whole clove, black cardamom, gentian root, and allspice for the perfect zest of flavor. 750-ml.
