Bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale fermented with pear, ginger, and lemon Awww, snap, those Bruery folks are at it again! It goes without saying that our Bruers have a “birneing” passion for alternative ingredients, fresh sources of fermentable sugars, and of course, unique barrels. BirneSnap is an elevated version of a returning concoction. This experimentation in fermentation is a co-fermentation of wheatwine-style ale and pear that was then aged in bourbon barrels and treated with lemon and ginger. This wheatwine-style ale was inspired by a love for highly enjoyable, fruit-muddled fusion cocktails.   750-ml. Bottle Access Level: All
