Beautiful high quality 5/8" off-white river shell button is about 1/16" thick. Just enough of the natural shell's glow comes through to create a lovely sheen and slight iridescence. (Clearly these are not plastic buttons!)  Not true white, but not a strong yellowy ivory; most of us see it more as ecru or off-white, maybe a wee bit towards yellow. Your first reaction may be "white."  Front and back are just the same. Satiny, smooth and thick, for your best uses. Diameter: 15mm / 5/8".
