Beautiful velvet matte finish, dark indigo/almost black high quality 5/8" Agoya shell button is not quite 1/16" thick. Just enough of the natural shell's glow comes through to create slight iridescence and some variance - some are flatter and more 'perfect' than others. (Clearly these are not plastic buttons!)  Lustrous, smooth but not shiny. For your best uses. The backs are mottled black shell.  Diameter: 15mm / 5/8". Sold per pack of 8 buttons for $7.30.
