2025 Pumpkin Days Grand Opening- Vendor Registration
Dates: Saturday, September 20th & Sunday, September 21st We invite you to an autumn weekend of great sales and country fun at the Children’s Farm—with a farmer’s market, crafts, and vendors, plus hayrides, farm animals, pumpkin patch, live music and food from the grill. With good weather, we anticipate over 2000 guests! Vendors: Any vendor selling a ready to consume, edible or drinkable product, must register as a food vendor. Please note that no sales of bottled water, canned sodas or main meal/lunch items will be allowed (for example, no taco trucks or BBQ smokers will be permitted). We will not allow any food vending that directly competes with our own food sales. All food vendors must be approved by the organization. If your registration is denied, a refund will be issued. Merchandise vendor spaces cost $30 per day or $50 for the weekend. Food/beverage vendor spaces cost $60 per day or $100 for the weekend.
