These yak breakfast sausages are over-the-top amazing! Vacuum packed. Approx 1 lb bulk (loose) sausage per package.Our craft butcher in Chama makes them especially for us. He adds some Beeler's Pork fat. Beeler's Pork is all natural, anti-biotic free, vegetarian-fed, socially raised pork.
