Each pad includes 25 pages The EWE™ is a brief screen for common problems seen among employee populations. It covers indications of alcohol abuse, depression, stress, anger, workplace conflicts and job-family tensions. This instrument is designed as a screen to be administered prior to face-to-face counseling by an EAP professional. This instrument covers five areas: resistance/acceptance of treatment; resistance/acceptance of recovery as an ongoing effort; biomedical problems; emotional problems; and the recovery environment. Applications: Useful as a routine screen to be administered to employees seeking EAP counseling or services. Appropriate as a screen for employed individuals seeking behavioral health services, couples counseling, etc.
