Cooper’s Hill Chive and Onion (Cotswold)

A delicious blend of smooth Double Gloucester, onion and a sprinkling of fresh chives. With generous flakes of chive and onion, Cotswold has a smooth texture, fresh aroma and lingering taste. It was one of the first blends launched by Clawson in the early 1970s and has remained a firm favorite. It is fantastic served simply in a crusty baguette sandwich, and also makes a versatile cooking ingredient.Perfect Pairings: Grate cheese on fluffy baked potatoes topped with smokey bacon, and fresh spring chives.
