White House Brownies

White House Brownie?  Really?  Yes- it's true, there was a recipe swap amongst chefs (one was a pastry chef for the White House!) and we landed with this beauty.  Story says a president, from the last couple decades, loved this brownie so much he ate one every night! It boasts a soft cake-like texture (vs our normal dense and fudgey texture) with a thick layer of dark chocolate ganache and a sprinkle of white chocolate shavings. Store it chilled or eat it at room temp (I love it most at room temperature!) And enjoy a little bit of delicious history ;0)   Gift boxed with bow
