Brickway Coffee Vanilla Stout-Oatmeal milk stout with vanilla and over 40 pounds of cold steeped coffee per batch, turned into a luscious slow-cooked caramel, enrobed in milk chocolate.Irish Cream - Using your favorite creamy Irish liqueur, we emulsify this into a milk chocolate ganache and shell in a Valrhona White Chocolate. We finish this piece off with a pot of gold (aka a touch of 24k edible gold leaf).
