Moonshine Cherries

We are excited to introduce an addition to our Cherry Cordial Collection.  Our chocolatiers have created, “Moonshine Cherry Cordials,” as our contribution toour North Carolina Southern Heritage.  As the name implies, we begin the process by soaking our plump, red cherries in Moonshine Spirits for several weeks beforethey are encased in fondant, which then melts, and mixes with the cherry-moonshine juice to form the cordial liquid inside the chocolate coverture.  Keep your napkinhandy when you indulge in these juicy delicacies.  Moonshine Cherry Cordials are available in our premium Milk, Dark or White Chocolate.
