Available sizes: Variety Pack and Sizes 21mm - 26mm   (21,22,23,24,25,26)   To find your current size connectors, take a photo of both sides of your connectors and zoom in on the middle of the connector. The size is printed in very small font.  It is recommended to change connectors every 1-2 months, or as needed, to maintain a consistent size. Connectors are made of a plastic nylon weave and can stretch based on oral habits. Connectors should be changed in pairs. Change the left and the right connectors. The small nipple on one end of the connector is to be placed on the top tray, top button. 25mm is the original size the appliance comes with.
