Uncertain Blend

A blend in flux. This blend represents what we're packing the most of. Escapees are gathered together in a melting pot of taste. Affordable if you want something to play with and practice. Look for notes of unicorn, moon rock, winsome, and meander, with a long-lasting meditative finish. Like a great classic novel, it's never the same twice. This coffee is not eligible for discounts.  New to home roasting check out Roasting 101. Please note that Uncertain Blend is not a blend we "keep in stock" intentionally. It really is the last few ounces from burlap that isn't enough to make a full sellable pound. Sometimes mistakes are made and beans are left out on the packing table without a label. So this blend is as rare as; and as different as, snowflakes in Texas.
