Off White Dress

This piece is apart of our Recycled by TC collection. This lightweight cotton dress by Billabong has a beautiful crochet detail on the front and back. It is the perfect beach cover up during the day or can be dressed up for a night out. It is considered a short dress, falling below or above the knee depending on customer's height. Due to color variations it would also make for a very fun new color dye project!
