I could move around easily due to the stretch in the legs. The waist has little give so a correct fit is important. My suggestions on size: The small is for a women who typically wears a size 0-4/5 pant. The medium is for women who wear a size 5/6- 7/8 pant and the large is for women who wear a 9-12 pant. If you are on the border between sizes I would suggest upsizing due to little stretch at the waist (especially for women who carry weight in the midsection). Don’t worry about thigh size, the material in the legs has a lot of stretch.
