Terracota Clay Mezcal Cup made in Mexico

Handcrafted 3.4oz round cup made with ceramic and local terracota clay. Glazed only in the inside, the final earth tones and textures are the result of the different combination of clays exposed to the heat of the kiln fire. Please note that there can be significant variations in tone from cup to cup due to the unique firing process. *Price is per cup* Weight: 0.5 lbs Please note:  This type of ceramic has different percentages of earths and clays in order to "pigment" the paste without the need to apply a colored glaze. The materials reacts directly to contact with fire, the heat influences the intensity of color that each piece can have and sometimes there are variations even in the same batch, which is why in a single finish there can be a wide range of tones.
