The inside has a soft foam padding layered throughout the insole, with extra cushioning underneath the heel and the forefoot for the best in comfort and support. UK whole sizes 2-13. Suggested fit is 2 sizes down from a US ladies' size or 1 size down from a US men's size. If that puts you at a 1/2 size, then go up to the nearest whole size.
