Green Garden Oolong

This exquisite tea is a one bud, 3-4 leaf pick from the Tieguanyin cultivar. After a secondary roast, the tea undergoes a resting period in the high altitude of the mountains, to absorb the cool atmosphere and restore balance. This process allows a final roast, without destruction of the high quality finished product.  The One With:  Oolong tea For an Exquisite Brew Experience:  Steep 4 grams of your loose leaf tea in 10-12 oz of water at 212 degrees F for 3 minutes.  1 oz makes approximately 9 cups  2 oz makes approximately 19 cups
