The beautiful PS23484 is a one-of-a-kind full length, one shoulder dress with cut outs at the sleeve. The dress features a tulle cape style sleeve on the shoulder and a rounded split at the thigh. Features:- Cups in bodice (no bra needed!)- Back zipper, hidden- Corset top- Fully lined Fit: Runs true to Portia and Scarlett sizing chart. Dress has some stretch.  Material: Fully lined, sequin throughout.  Please note: While all sizes are typically in stock, there may be times the dress is out of stock. Most sizes 0-18 are in stock with the designer, and sizes 20-24 are considered custom makes, as they are not always in stock. The lead time for the dress to be made is 8-12 weeks, plus shipping.
