Hollow Block

The Hollow Block is specially designed from heat resistant RIT 900 aramid fiber to be used as a prusik, klemheist or auto-block. The special weave of the Hollow Block allows it to wrap around ropes with more surface-area than standard accessory cord, providing a better bite. When wrapped and stored on your harness the Hollow Block is much more compact than 6mm accessory cord despite being a larger diameter, and is nearly twice as strong as 6mm cord.
