Hakutsuru Junmai Draft Sake (180ml)

Here's our single-serving "draft" sake from the Hakutsuru firm of the Nada region, a major center of quality sake production. Although the nose suggests sweet rice, pears and green melon, the sake is totally dry. Perfect with sushi, salads and Western-style fish tartares.
