Poli Vermouth Bianco "Gran Bassano"

Count on the legendary firm of Jacopo Poli to fashion a Vermouth Bianco that's a sensational, focused and gently-priced aromatized wine that deserves a permanent spot in your fridge. It's based on the Vespaiolo grape and infused expertly and subtly with 39 botanicals. The overall impression is grapefruity, with a floral overtone. To our taste, this seems to the drier side of our vermouth offerings, and the fortification is expertly done and well-knit with the other elements.
