Riesling "Vignoble de Katzenthal", Meyer-Fonné 2018

This is vinified from a collection of vineyards around Katzenthal, including some Grand Cru, with the vineyards having been planted in 1985 and 2008. It's a bracing, dryish Riesling that's a definite step up from the Réserve, and there's a pronounced mineral cut that we absolutely love. Practicing organic.
