Stolpman Vineyards White Wine "Uni", Ballard Canyon 2023

Stolpman's Uni is a white wine in which 70% rich, golden and savory Roussanne is lifted by a 30% addition of taut, high-toned, old-vine Chardonnay. It was created originally for a group of sushi restaurants, and it offers a perfect array of citric aromas and flavors in tension with deeper, broader expressions of roasted pineapple and honeysuckle. Dry farmed and sustainably farmed.
