The Champalou family's Vouvray Sec has been one of the mainstays of importer Kermit Lynch's portfolio for decades, and their 2023 is properly dry, with a great tension between the limestone-y mineral elements and the exuberant, energetic, melony freshness synonymous with Vouvray. This is our #1 suggestion for "palate fatigue", and it's honestly one of those wines we don't like to go without for any amount of time. Sustainable farming.
