Calypso - Oh Happy Wrap

Lisa Hannes of Maliha Designs has a new Mystery Knit A Long that begins on Friday, April 23, 2021. It is called "OH Happy Wrap" and promises to be a super fun and playful project that will keep you engaged from start to finish!  It features an exciting interplay of colorwork (fun mosaic, so only easy slipped stitches), color blocking and stripes.  (No stranded - fair isle - brioche or other complicated techniques.) It calls for two contrasting colors of fingering weight yarn, plus a 6/1 Mini Skein Kit.  Gauge is not critical for this project and it is knit on a size US #4 needle. The Fibre Studio has put together a few kits using our Studio Sox yarn for the main and contrasting color.  Each 100g | 3.5 ounce skein has approximately 440 yards.  Fiber content is 75% Super Wash Merino, 25% Nylon.  Our 6/1 Mini Skein kit has six skeins of our Studio Fingering, each with approximately 140 yards of Super Wash Merino.
