This will help ensure even heat distribution and prevent over-browning on the top. Oven Settings If your oven has a convection setting, we recommend using it. Convection helps circulate the air and promotes even baking. If you don't have a convection oven, regular bake mode will work just fine.   Material The Mini Bread Pans are made from high-quality 304 stainless steel.
