Baddesley Clinton

Original Oil By Trijsten Leach Art Size: 6" x 8" Framed Art: 9" x 11" This piece was painted on location at the Baddesley Clinton National Trust in the midlands England near Birmingham. After touring the Manorhouse I took the opportunity to paint the entrance of the stable area while my kids were having a picnic on the lawn. I don't often paint scenes like this, but I wanted a more close up view than the expansive views that I normally paint.  Artist Bio:  Trijsten Leach grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains of California and gained an early love of the forests, oceans and mountains. Growing up he spent his time surfing, hiking, biking with brothers and friends, as well as playing sports.  He earned a BFA from Brigham Young University Hawaii, where he lived for three years studying art and the beach.
