Whole Chicken

You'll Receive: 1 Whole Chicken frozen (multiple size options).  This is a perfect choice for rotisserie, smoking, baked whole and more.  Make it whole and use the leftovers for other chicken dishes and the bones to make excellent broth.  Or, cut it into pieces yourself so everyone has the piece they want.   This is a Cornish Cross chicken, which is the most common breed of meat chickens available in the USA.  It is a white feathered bird with large breast and thigh portions and it is the type of chicken most people are used to eating.  Unlike commercial growers, however, we raise these birds in small flocks on green pasture for much healthier, better tasting meals.
