New Packaging Option Enjoy The Furies EVOO in our new black matte glass bottle with a custom box.  This bottle is elegant and protects the oil completely from light and air.  The custom box finishes the presentation and makes a perfect gift.   The Furies EVOO is perfectly balanced, has a medium fruit flavor and our signature lush texture.  Exclusively monovarietal from the Koutsourelia olive.  The olives are small, green and raw when harvested.  Unripe olives produce less oil, however they yield the highest levels of phytonutrients and are packed with antioxidants and polyphenols.  Special care is taken during the harvest to minimize stress to the fruit.  Hand collection, cold water, and mechanical extraction protects the olives and produces the finest quality oil with exceptionally low acidity.  Certified Organic Limited Early Harvest, November 2024 Harvest
