The back lower right corner is protruding thru the plastic a very slight amount and there is light wear there. There is a one half inch long tear in the shrink on the front right edge, but the box below looks fine. There is a "V" shaped tear in the back plastic near the middle that is approx. 5/8" long, but overall it looks good.
