The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and little on the faces. The box back right flap is taped closed with clear box tape. The Pawns, Buildings and die are in their factory sealed plastic bag. Everything has been inventoried and it is complete. The 2 piece track and other contents look nice. The Locomotive has been tested with 2 "AA" Batteries and it works
