FULL DISCLOSURE: At lease one of the discs inside is has come off it's holder and it is loose (it sounds like one, but cannot be verified). There is a tear in the plastic on the lower front right edge that created a hole. The hole is approx. 3/4" long and is approx. 1/4 wide (1/8" on the front, 1/8" on the side). There is a small nick in the plastic on the back lower right corner along the side edge. There is another small tear in the plastic on the front lower left corner (approx. 1/4" long), but it's not easy to see. There are light scuffs on the plastic here and there, it has the original plastic hang tag on the back upper edge of the box. Overall it looks good, but is certainly not mint. THIS IT
