Fruit, Nuts and Seeds Oatmeal - SAMPLE

This flavor of oatmeal is the perfect blend of hearty and sweet. For inspiration, we went to the store and walked down the bulk bin aisle and "sampled" a blend of raisins, cashews, almonds, raisins, dates, cherries and sunflower seeds. Our "sampling" eventually attracted enough attention that we were asked to leave, but by that time we had already figured out a great oatmeal recipe. Those simple ingredients and some certified gluten-free oats and pumpkin protein makes for a delicious oatmeal with a 10g of protein.
