SOLD OUT! WAITING LIST AVAILABLE! Learn the many ways to construct defined or loosely structured patterns using glass cut into strips and turned on edge. Perfect your cutting skills, color theory and design techniques. You will create 3 projects in this five-day class, including a powdered, optical project. One project will be a ‘windows’ technique by Marty Kremer. He has stopped teaching workshops, but has given me permission to teach it! We will use both transparent and opaque colors and explore the many ways this technique can be used. Cold working techniques will also be employed using the flat lap, the tile saw, hand lapping, the sandblasters and diamond hand pads. There are 7 rooms available for rent at Meryl’s house!
