A Spanish Oak Dining Table with Two Leaf Extensions

This sturdy oak table is made in the Spanish Baroque style, with elaborately carved legs and hand-forged iron braces running from the center of the tabletop to each leg. The 2" thick top is made from quarter-sawn oak planks overlaid with diagonal parquetry. It features 2 leaf extensions for additional seating. The table has been meticulously stripped, opening the wood grain and removing the original brown finish. It can be left as-is, waxed or restained and lacquered, according to customer preference. The table is surprisingly narrow for its almost 8-foot length, providing a casual and intimate dining surface.
